IMAGINE AutoSync

Automatically and Accurately Georeference Your Imagery
IMAGINE AutoSync is an ERDAS IMAGINE add-on that aligns two or more images of potentially dissimilar types, such as data from different sensors or with different resolutions. Generating thousands of tie points between the images, IMAGINE AutoSync can improve the alignment of already georeferenced data sets, or quickly align raw imagery to an existing georeferenced image. Using IMAGINE AutoSync’s second workflow, Edge Matching, the overlap region of image pairs can also be optimally aligned.

IMAGINE AutoSync allows for the preview of output. After syncing your data, a corrected calibrated version of the input can be overlayed with the reference image to allow you to review the results prior to generating your output.

Unequalled Accuracy

More accurate than a manual alignment process due to the large numbers of automatically generated points, IMAGINE AutoSync secures the geospatial value chain by guaranteeing unequalled quality and reliability at the initial alignment step.  Further authoring tasks such as change detection, resolution merge and mosaicking are free from defects due to misaligned input.

Boosted Productivity

IMAGINE AutoSync offers wizard workflows that make it very easy to use. With automatically generated points and the option of scheduling jobs to run unattended, IMAGINE AutoSync considerably reduces the manpower necessary to generate orthophotos.

Ensuring Data Consistency
Using ERDAS IMAGINE’s full library of sensor models for orthorectification, IMAGINE AutoSync ensures consistency in your database by allowing the alignment of new imagery to your existing base map imagery.
